My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were pleasantly presented, but the layout was odd, and the morning noise made it hard to sleep after 7 am. The service was a mix of rude interactions and friendly, relaxed moments. The location was excellent, making it simple to explore the town, but the noise from the surrounding area was a downside. The dining experience had some ups and downs with great fresh options but some inconvenience carrying food to the room. Overall, the hotel had its charms and challenges.

The location was excellent, only a few minutes' walk from the old town, but there were issues with temperature control. The hotel is situated in a superbly done up 13th-century building, near the city hall and just a short walk from the Opera house in the heart of the historic center. However, the surrounding area, especially at night, may raise safety concerns for solo female travelers. The service was correct but lacked a personal touch, while the dining experience was good but on the pricier side. On the bright side, the rooms were extremely quiet and comfortable, offering a range of amenities in the bathroom that added to the overall comfort.
